Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Competitive IQ platform, run by [Competitive IQ legal entity name] (“Competitive IQ”, “we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to them. Players and guardians also accept separate consent documents for each assessment; if those documents and these terms conflict, the consent documents apply.

The service

Competitive IQ lets certified golf coaches order GAP cognitive assessments for their players, collects the details and consents needed, takes payment, and issues single-use access codes for assessment stations. The assessment itself runs on stations provided by our assessment partner.

GAP assessments measure aspects of cognitive performance for sports coaching. They are not a medical, psychological or diagnostic test, and they are not a substitute for professional advice.

Eligibility

• Players must be at least [minimum age]. Players under 18 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian before taking an assessment.
• Coach accounts are by invitation only and are for certified Competitive IQ coaches.

Accounts and links

• Coaches must keep their sign-in details private and are responsible for activity on their account.
• Intake and consent links are personal. Please don’t forward them. If a link reaches the wrong person, ask your coach to send a new one.
• Access codes work once and expire. Treat them like a ticket.

Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Stripe emails a receipt.

• If the assessment partner marks a result as invalid, a free retake code is issued to your coach.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the platform: don’t try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, interfere with how it works, share access codes for resale, or enter information about someone without the right to do so.

Results and content

Assessment reports are produced by our assessment partner. Competitive IQ stores and displays them but does not calculate the scores. The platform, its content and the Competitive IQ name and logo belong to Competitive IQ or its licensors.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend access that breaks these terms. We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
